At SoulSpace, we create intentional experiences that bring teams together, spark creativity, and support wellbeing. From yoga and meditation to sound healing, crafting, and creative workshops, our experiences give employees a chance to step away, recharge, and connect.

We have a network of yoga teachers with backgrounds in large corporate environments who deeply understand the importance of helping people relax their bodies and minds - even within a 45 minute lunch break. Now offering, Vinyasa, Deep Stretch and Yin.

Nothing gently shifts you out of your current mindset quite like elevated breathwork. By blending a variety of breathing modalities, we help release built up CO2 from the body, easing the nervous system out of fight or flight and guiding you back into a sense of calm, clarity, and presence.

Reconnect with your team by hosting a SoulSpace crafting workshop. Our team of art therapists, and artists lead creative experiences designed for play, self expression, and connection with others. Sound healing can be added to enhance relaxation and inspiration. All materials provided.
